This hand fan is in a black material, with a subtle holographic reflective print. During normal daylight the fan looks black (and boring!), but under bright lights it reflects back a holographic glow.

It measures 33cm when closed and 66cm when open.

It makes a very satisfying cracking sound when it is opened and closed too! THWORP!
